Do you clean commercial construction sites?
No. Post-construction cleaning here is residential — homes after a remodel, addition or new build.
When should I book it?
Once the work is finished and the trades are out of the house, so the dust is not stirred up again. Text us a few days ahead to get the day you want.
Do you bring the supplies?
Yes. We bring all supplies and equipment. If you have preferred products for specific surfaces — new countertops or floors, for example — we will use yours.
What does post-construction cleaning remove?
The dust and debris left behind after a remodel, addition or new build — on floors, counters, fixtures and sills — so the space is ready to use. Inside cabinets, interior windows, blinds, A/C vents and interior walls can be added.
Do you clean carpets after construction?
Carpets are vacuumed, but carpet shampooing is not something we offer. Exterior windows and biohazard cleanup are also outside what we do.
Are you insured and are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. PrimeTouch Maids is fully insured and bonded, and every cleaner is background-checked before entering a client's home.
What if something isn't right after my clean?
Tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and re-clean it, or issue a partial refund. Your card is only charged after the clean.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so the time can go to another client. Cancellations with less notice carry a late-cancellation fee.
