Do I need to be there?
No. A key, lockbox or door code all work, which helps when you are already in your new home or out of town.
Can you sweep the garage too?
Yes, sweeping inside the garage is an add-on. Interior windows, blinds and baseboards can be added as well.
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes, a move-in / move-out clean is built for an empty home. If you are still moving things out, book it for after the last load.
Do you clean for landlords, sellers and property managers?
Yes. A key, lockbox or door code is all we need, and the card on file is charged after the clean.
